Conservation
A Conservation or listed building project will present you with its own set of unique challenges as well as a wealth of opportunity to preserve and regenerate your existing buildings and sites.
Such prospects often require additional care when formulating development proposals requiring close work with the local conservation officer or other groups such as English Heritage.
Detailed investigation at planning stage is critical to enable the client’s requirements to be progressed to a successful conclusion. In discharging this work we can undertake detailed measured surveys of listed buildings and a thorough site and context analysis with conservation areas prior to working up initial design proposals.
