Aslacton Residential Development
Outline planning permission for 15 dwellings was granted on appeal for the site in 2007. With the permission being considered extant due to contamination issues already been addressed, we were approached to complete the scheme for reserved matters and to then produce building regulations and construction information for development.
Various inconsistencies and errors in the original appeal submission such as boundary inaccuracies and a pumped foul sewer running across the site, meant that we had to work carefully to revised house positions without triggering the need for a brand new planning submission. Foul and surface water drainage issues were also designed in detail to produce a comprehensive reserved matters submission.
