Greenfields Offices and Flats

The Brief was to design and build bespoke ground floor offices for a local company with separate residential accommodation above as quickly and efficiently as possible. A local company came to us in desperate need of new offices having exhausted all other possible routes and they wanted to stay as close to their current location as possible. With time being critical we were able to progress from conception to completion in just 12 weeks so the company could move in on their chosen date.

This challenging time constraint required a fast track approach to design and build construction which we achieved.

The project was managed in house the advantage of this being an already strong supportive team who had experience working together.  Despite these challenges the project was completed on time and the local business was able to continue working as scheduled. The build also exceeds statuary building regulations and modern design standards in terms of acoustic and thermal properties.

To maximise the potential of the building we incorporated two flats above and asecondary smaller office for another local businessman. Sitting adjacent to a Grade II listed public house it had to be sympathetic to the scale and character of the location.
