Molly’s Cottage

This Grade II listed town house, had suffered from structural damage caused by a collapsed sewer , resulting in the rear wall of the property separating from the main house. Structural repairs were done externally to secure the foundations. We were then employed to provide designs for a new rear extension, and renovation of the existing house. Engineers were brought on board to determine what further works were needed to preserve the dwelling and these were combined with our overall concept to renovate and extend the dwelling, which included renovation and replacement of listed windows with new hardwood double glazed panes made by local craftsmen to match the originals
