Ivy Farm Barn
The client approached us to contribute planning-only assistance with their dilapidated barns at Ivy Farm in North Norfolk.
The barns on the site had suffered severely and were in disrepair. They consisted of one Dutch barn and several lean to pens.
The local authority was against the scheme to begin with. It was put together on a shoestring budget and involved the client having a lot of administration and communication with the local planners.
Clayland were tasked with drawing proposals and with our help, the client overcame the potential concerns and restrictions to achieve planning permission. The barns were then to be converted into holiday lets.
